Week 3 Activities - 2010 August 15 - August 21

Friday - timed run in the morning...graduation run in the afternoon

Thursday - the routine is down...days can feel endless with running, lectures, yoga and rec activities...and yet the week is going so fast...

Wednesday - half way through the week...totally immersed in running...

Tuesday - Morning comes early...
|
Monday - First full day of camp.
|
Day 1 - you thought there was a lot of luggage going on to the buses....look what comes off multiple buses! Check-in, being assigned to running groups, trading the Key Deposit check for a key to the dorm room...and getting settled in with roommates and teams. Everybody gathered for the Introductory Welcome lecture...then outside to stretch the legs doing rec activities and video analysis. The first run of the week, dinner, a movie and up to our rooms for the night....it's great to be at camp!
